  • The day before tomorrow

It's just a flip of the calendar. I don't understand why New Year's Day is such a, for the lack of a better word, meaningful holiday. Happy New Year's! Don't really get the enthusiasm. The only thing exciting to me about tomorrow is that I get to  write "12" instead of "11" after the "20".

    Happy New Year's

  • 억울한 이야기들

Black hole in my chest aches for some kind of an acceptance and closure. Numb, I remember how much I hated this emptiness. How much do I hate this.

    Anxiety
    Stress
    Anger
    Depression

But the feeling of being misunderstood is the worst of them all. 억울해.

Who says that makeup is just for feeling pretty?
It's the most natural mask a girl can wear.

  • Happy September 3!

Today is the day British-Americans committed high treason. The crossing of the Rubicon. The day the British colonies declared themselves no longer to be subjects under the Crown. A lamentable moment in history, did the Founding Framers believe to be authoring. The dream to be forever an expansion of the formidable British empire was no longer attainable, as barely half of the 56 were willing to trade a chance of happiness and failure for their own death warrants. And dead-man-walking Hancock, flambouyantly taunting George with his signature, had to be the cherry on top.

But being Americans, their voices had to be heard. No taxation without representation. It rings so well in our ears, but in a click-to-buy, drive-thru America, we no longer remember what that means.
